I am writing to inform you that we are a group of ten people belonging to local "Environmental Watch" group. Our recent experience of dinner and staff service was totally absurd and the image we carry in our minds for your restaurant has been shattered.
Although, we do not shift from our preference for food, this time we decided some additional items, but what surprised us that we were served with old veggies salad and pasta with an unpleasant sauce. Our team members were dismayed at the situation and didn't intake the food. Furthermore, we called the barista at least 5-times to bring our drinks and when he brought the drinks weren't that we ordered. It seems that the staff is not properly trained or require further training.
I must say that we had a totally unsatisfactory experience at your restaurant, contrary to what we used to have. Unless the food quality and service staff are improved, we will not be returning to the restaurant.
