Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a member of Sportsplex gym and I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the services of changing room in your sport center.
Firstly, the showers in the bathroom are not working properly, only cold water comes through it. It is impossible to bathe in chilled water in winter season. Secondly, the mirror in 2nd, 4th and 6th changing room are broken and it is difficult to see whether we are dressed properly or not. Lastly, the hangers provided in changing room are damaged and have sharp ends that tears clothes that are suspended on them. Because of this, I tore my favorite T-shirt last week.
I am extremely disappointed because of this issue and feel that I have not got value for money that I spent for the services. It is my request to you, either to solve all this problems by checking for hot water pipeline and replacing the mirrors and hangers or issue me an refund for my membership.
