Dear Mrs Linda,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the persisting problem with heating. I remember you have sent someone to fix the issue but he won't be able to make it work. As winter are on the edge, I would like you to replace the incapacitated heater.
Last month, when we tried to run the centeralised heating furnance it didn't started. However, the fans and other part of the furnance seems fine. Moreover, main duct coming through the heating unit needs a cleaning service. We can still manage up the cold until next month by using room heaters but when it started snowing it will shivering cold in common areas.
Would it be possible to replace the heating unit by the end of this month? It is fine if you need rent in advance for next month as heating units are expensive. I have always paid rent on time and need to pay urgent attention to the ordeal.
I am waiting for someone to come and fix this.
