Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. As you are aware, that I am enrolled in a Master's program in a local university. Recently, we have been assigned a group project, which we are suppose to submit in a weeks time. This task will help me improve my skills and subsequently our organisation will benefit from it.
Let me explain you in detail. Major points of our report would be based upon mentioned guidelines, which are in accordance with our companies long term goals. Furthermore, by doing this survey and research, we will be able to save resources of company. As the main objective of this project is to analyse and finalise what factors contribute towards decision making, when choosing to eat out. Moreover, in long run we already have planned to conduct this research , in order to improve efficiency of our product.
Therefore, it is requested to consider my application and grant me leave for at least two weeks. So, that I can complete my task within given time-frame. Once, I have finalised my project, I would be glad to share my results with the organisation for it's benefit.
