Dear Smith,
I am writing to you on possibility of taking a fortnight off to complete my masters qualification.
Practical examinations are already over, and now subjective assessments are pending; scheduled to commence from June 30. These exams are conducted on alternate days and for 4 hours daily. Attending office, especially in this kind of hectic schedule would be extremely challenging. In order to compensate for the loss of working hours, I would be working one hour extra for a month. Besides, I might need to work on a weekend to bring back the project on schedule.
Once I am finished with my exams, I will attain masters in Artificial Intelligence. It is widely renowned technology with scope in plethora of fields. The learning and exposure would give our team and organisation an edge over the others, thereby making our clients happy.
