Dear Judy,
Hope this letter finds you well! I wish you don’t mind me asking for your help with my cat while I’m out of the country.
As you know I have made my reservation recently to spend my annual leave in my home country, Egypt, for a whole month starting from next week. It’s been two years since I travelled there, and I guess you may feel how excited I’m to enjoy my vacation to the max.
The only thing that bothers me is leaving my cat, Whiskers, because I had no enough time to finish his travelling arrangements. So it would be great if you could make regular visits to my apartment and feed him. I will also need you to clean his litter box every other day and to brush him; you know he is so obsessive when it comes to his precious fur!
Since he knows you and he can easily recognize your smell, it won’t be a problem for you to approach him as he already trusts you. Besides, you are the nearest one to my accommodation as I live here all by myself.
