Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention some problems that I have with the dormitory internet connection.
My name is Rahi Honarvar and I am the student of computer and science faculty. I live in the dormitory accomodation and my room number is 10. As you may know we are in the middle of final exams and all the students have lots of researches and assignments to do.
Unfortunately, during the past 2 weeks we had problem with the wifi connection, it is disconnected almost half of the day and it makes the situation difficult for us to surf the net or contact with the tuitor via Email.
I would be extremely grateful if you could provide a better internet connection for the on-campus accomodation residents. This will help the students to meet the projects' deadline and be successful in their final exams.
