I, Baniz, am a resident of campus, on the fourth floor. While I have found most of the facilities acceptable, thus far I am writing to complain about the problem of the internet connection in my room. Although I had been told that there is an internet access in the rooms, when I received here, the access was not practical. So, I checked my devices and tried to connect through lobby modem, which was a successful one. Applying the same username and password, however, the connection was impossible in my own room. As we, the international students need to use the internet to connect our beloved family and friends, to save compensations, it is essential for me to connect it. Furthermore, to research on my dissertation subject and even search for papers and books, which will be influential in my research, it is necessary for me to access the internet. I would, however, appreciate it if both the modem and connection would be checked and the problem would be solved soon.
