I am writing to request for some unpaid holidays next week as I have to attened a ceremony in my hometown with my family.
The reason for this is that my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary is due on next weekend. they have decided to celebrate this memorable event with my entire family. To celebrate this occasion, they have rented one of the most renowned villas of my town.
Now you can understand how much crucial these days are for me and my family? To participate this big achievement, I have to fly to my country away from work from 4-06-21 to 8-06-21. I would be grateful if you could allow me this time.
nitty will be providing cover as a substitute at my place. my work schedule for the said week is not very busy apart from two meetings with clients. nitty has agreed to attend those meetings, as she is familiar with the client and have good terms with related staff of that company. However, I would be in touch with clients and nitty those days via e-mail. they would be able to contact me .
these days are very crucial for my family .Furthermore, It would give me an opportunity to thank them for the support they have given me throughout my career's journey.
I hope everything will go smoothly and requesting you to allow me for signing off this time.
