I am writing to put an official complain to you for some furniture that I received them at home damaged by your company.
Delivered items are a big coach, four chairs and tea table. When I made a booking with your company, your company accepted to deliver such big furniture. Long coach with special side stands is three seated, and four chairs are relatively small but extremely heavy. There was available space in the tuck; therefore, I decided to send also the tea-table in the same delivery order.
I have booked a door-to-door delivery service, and the offer was very interesting for that long distance. When the order has arrived, there were some serious scratches on the chairs, and one leg of the coach was broken. These items have a considerable amount of money; hence, your soonest action is required.
I took comprehensive insurance policy with your company, and my policy states that all items are covered. Therefore, you must to address this matter personally with your insurance department and review the attached invoices of all damaged items to be reimbursed.
