However, the bad news is, they already set their wedding ceremony date on the day of my flight to London. She was not aware of my vacation trip, so she included me on her list of bridesmaid.
Since I cannot decline her request, I would like to sincerely apologize for prioritizing this big event than flying to visit you. I know you will understand me, though I feel bad since your manager granted your one week holiday just to become my personal tour guide.
I would still love to see London and execute all what we had planned. They will shoulder my re-booking fees. Moreover, they will hand me extra cash for souvenirs leading to a win-win situation.
