Dear Sir,

I am writing to complaint about the poor hospitality services of JW Marriott Hotel which you had booked in for our company members to stay in for business conference in Toronto for three working days last week.

Let me explain you briefly about the problems faced during our business tour in Toronto. Firstly, Lack of rooms are available for our company workers, due to less rooms available, most of our staff members shared the rooms and couldn't able to enjoy the services of their private space during night and late evening times. Secondly, everyday we received our complementary lunch cold and tasteless which led us to starve till evening after the conference. And, we had to pay to the nearest restaurant for our meals.

Moreover, we asked the hotel staff to provide a fresh towels, soaps, and shampoos which was not been delivered during our stay. It was astounding and shocking for me to see such inconvenient and inadequate service by the hotel and it's working staff. Therefore, I request you to call the hotel manager and inform about the bad experience served to me and my company staff last week. Plus, ask for a compensation as we had paid you for the homestay services during the business conference.

I am hoping to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely,
Shwatank Bhasin
