Dear Mr. Malhotra,
I Tania Uppal writing this letter to draw your attention toward the problem which is being faced by me with new samsung smart television that I had brought from your showroom last sunday.
When unpacking was done, I found that it was not the same which was selected by me. Moreover, it had minor scratch on the top right corner. The main trouble is after setup it did not turn on even on many practice and remote condition was so awful.
I would like to mention that I called on helpline numbers but no resolution given by customer representatives. As it is under warranty period hence I hope to get proper assistants from your side therefore waiting for your response.
