You cannot go to a company where you got an offer. Write a letter to the HR supervisor to:
explain the reason why you decline the offer
express your gratitude
explain why you like your current job very much

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter in regards to the offer letter issued to me on 25th April for the position of Software Engineer. As per the appointment notice, I am expected to commence the new job on 25th May. I wanted to inform you that I would not be able to join your organizations as I have decided to continue with my current employer.

Let me explain the reason for my non-availability in detail. As discussed during the technical and HR interview, my prime rationale for joining your organization was the lucrative and challenging role I was offered in your company. Later, on a talk with my current manager, I am proposed to lead a similar role in my present job along with an attractive remuneration, perks and additional medical and travel benefits, making me grab this opportunity for an auspicious career. I sincerely apologize for my non-availability and is grateful for recognizing my talent. I find it hard to say goodbye to my company who had been with me through thick and thins, and today also recognized my need and offered me a new designation.

I hope to work with you in the future.

Yours faithfully,
Tom Robin
