The reason for my writing is to apologize you for the neglect of an invitation sent by the management to step forward into a new place and environment into another office branch.
To be more specific, the justification for not accepting the proposal is mainly due to the upcoming annual project. Likely, it is the last year of the company's financial system and I have to make the yearly report of the company as well as visual presentation of its substantial growth. Likewise, as every year I used to send this report before the deadline to the management to ascertain the profit and loss of business. So, this is my foremost duty to accomplish due to which I am unable to initiate the new plans. Besides this, job offer demands me to transfer the location which we will be quite hard for my children as they are too young and definitely it will affect their studies too.l
Secondly, I was flattered to receive this new opportunity to expand my horizon. Simultaneously, I am thankful to the team of the Human resource(H.R) for delegating this responsibility of proposal solely to me for my career growth. Moreover, I hope that I will be able to propitiate equally through working even more efficiently and effectively in my current occupation
Needless to say, bonding with my current co workers is something making me negligence of this proposal. Furthermore, I am accustomed to the daily routine of my office with it facts knowledge of stock, purchase , invoices, marketing and the area is well-known to me. Ultimately, I have grasped comprehension and in depth understanding of company financial system through years of practice which make me count on fingers the skills of the organisation which in another place, I have to learn everything form the bottom. Thus, I will be new to that place which will consume my time a lot.
