I am writing a letter to convey my gratitude for offering me the role of Recruitment Manager based in Dubai, UAE in your prestigious organization
I must say that the subject role looks very interesting and challenging to me as the incumbent will report directly to the Director of Talent Management in the corporate office, and would have a team of total five senior and junior recruiters to look after the entire Middle East region. This exciting role will play a significant role for an individual to develop team management skills and up light the career ladder.
However, I would like to decline your offer at this juncture because I have recently been given another exciting assignment where I would be responsible to travel various countries to arrange recruitment trips and fill the vacant spots. I presume this new role will enhance my broader perspective of the recruitment domain, and give me the opportunity to lead front the front while traveling to west and north America.
