Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to you about the exquisite experience that my friends and I had at your restaurant named "British Mentor". I really wanted to thank you personally for your management and hope to revisit your restaurant many more times in the future.
The first thing which enchanted me was the ambiance in your restaurant. Not only was there a fresh smell of exotic fragrant but also the decoration was spell-binding. I felt as if I had traveled to Paris and was eating at one of the best fine dining restaurants. Next, the waiters were very professional in their approach and gave me sufficient details on the different parts of the menu as well as providing me insights on the way in which the food would taste. Finally, once the food arrived and we tasted it, there was a blast of flavour in our mouths and our taste buds were left wondering how such a delicious meal could have been made within such a short time.
However, there are a couple of amenities which I would like to see in the future. Starting with the table, there should be tissues at all the tables and also fresh water for everyone to relax once they arrive. Secondly the washroom should be cleaned after every hour since our guests felt it was extremely unhygienic. Lastly, the air conditioning could have been well-maintained as there was a mechanical noise coming out of it.
Overall, I still felt ecstatic over the experience which my friends had while celebrating a birthday party. I hope to visit your establishment soon on another joyous occasion.
