Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that i am not satisfied about the marketing course i had attended last weak in the college for many things.
first and for most,while the main reason for me to take that course was to update my knowledge, the presentation was outdated and the lecture was too short and lake of updated information as promised by the advertisement the speaker published on the internet.
Also, all the certificates for attendance still did not received yet;However, it may seem not big problem to you but that indicate the lack of organisation and diviation from high quality which your institution well-known for. Thus, you may let me suggest that all materials should be reviewed by experienced professors in order to add all latest researchs and statistics. Besides, making sure of firm timetable for all process's steps from registration till certification delivery.
