You exercise regularly and have been a member of many different gyms. Recently, you moved into a new neighbourhood and joined a new gym. You have noticed that people at this gym do not bother to wipe down the machines after use and often leave dirty towels on the benches in the change rooms.
Write to the gym manager. In your letter:
explain who you are
describe the problem exactly
make suggestions to improve the gym
Write at least 150 words.
Dear Mr James,
I would like to draw your attention to the gym cleanness and suggest some ideas to improve the situation.
My name is Julia Timofeeva and I am a vivid fan of working-out and healthy lifestyle. I have recently joined this club and find every opportunity to exercise regularly. I am fond of modern equipment, water quality of swimming pool and yoga masters professionalism.
Unfortunately, the hygienic situation could have been more satisfactory. Specifically, dirt on towels and equipment is noticeable. I am convinced that neat and pure conditions of sport facilities must be mandatory and not optional, thus I want to propose several ideas for improvement.
Firstly, It could be a good idea if the club personnel monitor the tidiness level more frequently. Secondly, the staff need to organize verbal and written notifications to prevent other club members from violations. Lastly, mild fine system could also be a great motivator for offenders.
I would appreciate it if you give this matter your immediate attention.
Yours Faithfully,
Julia Timofeeva
