Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to you about my bag which I have forgotten at your gym yesterday.
I am the permanent member of your franchise and has always been a regular attendee. After my workout on friday while leaving the gym I missed my bag in the locker and now premises are going under maintenance for 7 days.
My bag is made up of canvas and is black in colour. Moreover, it is of Nike brand with blue strap having circular rings at joints.Additionally, it contains some vital documents as well. I will be in trouble if I dot not get those documents because they include my driving licence and vehicle registration paper.
Since, the gym is going to be closed for a week for redecoration and I cannot enter the premises. However, I need to get my bag, therefore, I am requesting you for special permission for further assistance to guide through the process to obtain it. I am positive that my concern will be addressed immediately.
