I writing this letter to inform you that I forgot my laptop bag in your bus while traveling to New Delhi from Chandigarh.
Last Sunday, I boarded your bus for New Delhi to attend a business meeting along with my shoulder laptop bag. The color of the bag is black with a red-colored symbol of Sony company embossed over it. A white colored laptop with few official documents related to my company was inside the bag.
I called your office at New Delhi branch and informed them about the whole incident. They told me that they had contacted the driver of the bus and asked him to search the bag. They assured me that once they got some information they will contact me again. However, I am still awaiting their call as they never shared any details regarding my bag.
I request you to look into the matter on priority and help me in finding my laptop bag.
