I am writing this letter to seek your support in getting my bag which I had forgotten yesterday evening when I visited for my regular fitness hour.
Last day around 7Pm I had finished treadmill and took shower. Since it started raining all of a sudden so I returned home with one of my neighbor and forgot the bag at locker section, in hurry. I carried a red color cylindrical shape bag with blue pockets at both sides. it not only contain the usual towel and dress but also a crucial official document that I need to submit in office by tomorrow. today while searching the document I realized the bag is still in the gymnasium locker and your assistance is required to get it as I got a message from the fitness center administration stating closure of the gym from today due to renovation work.
will it be possible for you to let me into gym and take my bag out? I request you to please have a word with the management and abreast them about the issue. I hope they will understand the situation and allow for their valuable customer. I must have the manuscripts by tomorrow or else it will be a crisis.
