I am writing this letter with regards to postpone the appointment for Business loan which was scheduled on 6th August 2020.
Let me explain to you in more detail. I am Tim Frank and contacted you on 4th August 2020 for the finance which I am planning to take from your bank and the meeting was scheduled in person tomorrow to discuss the same.
However, I will not be able to meet you on the said date as there has been some emergency which has arised. My uncle has came to Mumbai for his knee treatment and the doctor is going to operate him tomorrow, so I need to be with him all day and take care of him.
Is it possible to reschedule the meeting on or after 10thAugust 2020, as that time I will be available? I would request you to let me know your availability as well as the timing for the same. Also, let me know if I need to carry any documents.
