Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to report an incident that concent the public library My name is jerry i am a member of the library since 2009, My ID Number BH40068 Recently, on 15th May 2018 i borrowed a book from the science and technology department on fourth floor. The book was tittled with '' The Fundamental of science'' and the author was paul mark. Its book number was AH009
Let me explain my situation, when i reached home, I took up the book to read I found to my surprise that page 45 to 78 had been torn away by someone Thoes pages were very important as they contained Explanation and conclusion of entire Chapter. also,there is only one edition of this book available in the public library.
Could you please take stick action against the person who did this to ensure that such incident do not take place again.clearly, the person who is responsible for such an act is a member of the library.
