Hi Folks,

I am writing this correspondence because our organisation is planning to have year-end-party for all of us.
I would like to make some good options for this event.

At First, I choose to have event in building reception hall in weekdays. Another one is celebrating that in a good locality hotel on the weekend. And lastly, arrange a picnic trip to nearby tourist destination and make party at that location.

Here I would think about party at building reception hall would be enjoyable but there is space issue. Also, we unable to celebrate or allow load music inside building premises. Additionally, taking picnic trip nearby tourist destination will be fun for everyone but unfortunately some staff member would not come because of their house chores and family time with their children on weekends.

At last, I strongly recommend to have party at good locality hotel, where everyone would enjoy local cuisine, savour delicacies and hip-hop party music. I believe everyone would be interested to join for this and join the celebration.

Looking forward to see everyone in year-end-party. Thank you.

Your Truly,
Alan BB
