Dear Mr. Hudson,
I hope you are doing fine...! I am a student enrolled in a part-time Software testing course and will no longer be able to continue this semester. I am writing this letter to explain the reason for discontinuing the classes for now.
Firstly, due to some medical reason, my grandmother is admitted to the hospital as I am a full-time employee, it would not be possible for me to manage both things at the same time. Hence, I will be adjusting my evening classes instead, looking after her in the hospital. Anyways, even if I miss some of the lectures, I would be detained to take examinations which will impact my grade performance.
Therefore, I would like to request you kindly accept my request to approve my break for the current semester and postpone it to the next one. I hope you understand my situation and be considerate. Thanking you in advance.
