Dear Mr John,
I am attending a crash course on learning Guitar at your Angles Institute, Santa Clara. I am writing this letter to inform you that I may need to discontinue the training.
Currently, I am working as a Senior Member Technical at Oracle Labs, San Hose and the nature of my job is day shift, full time. I have enrolled in the 'GPE2' music course, focused on teaching Acoustic Guitar during week-day evenings. Furthermore, I have paid my entire tuition fee of $600 using my Axis Credit card. I am regularly attending the classes and have completed the first stage in my learning module.
However, Recently, my Organization has changed my work timings to the afternoon shift, which will be from 2 PM to 10 PM, effective next week. As I have to be at my office during these hours, I may not further continue my music certification.
Having completed only a month in my course, I request you to refund the advance paid and the amount for the un-attended period. You can deposit the amount on the same credit card or to my bank account.
I await your positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Srini Kolam
