I am studying final year in Electrical Engineering Department at Wesley College, and I am writing this letter concerning some improvements to our cafeteria.
The green eco-friendly theme in the cafe is unique and refreshing. Besides, the prices are very reasonable even with the customized food options. Furthermore, the new Automatic vending machine with packaged food is helpful for students, who need food out of cafeteria working timings.
However, during the recent times, the food quality and taste have deteriorated. For instance, last week, we found a lizard in the food, yesterday we found plastic wrap while having our lunch. Furthermore, one of the taps in the handwash area is leaking, posing a threat to visitors safety.
Considering the food hygiene, I request you to cancel the contract for the current vendor and assign a new vendor. Besides, please get the water leakage fixed.
