Dear Mr. Guillena,
I am writing this letter to ask you for an apology with regards to my studies. I am currently enrolled in a part time course in your prestigious institution and I really wanted to finish it but due to the fact that there would be some dilemmas or hindrances in such a way, I can no longer continue and finish that particular course of mine.
The principal reason to the point that why I would like to stop my course is that I have a full time job. I really need to sacrifice and choose this in practical way. It has something to deal with my plans in a nearer future. If I would choose this (2)opportunity " studies or a job, then now I definitely do not have enough time to do that in such a hectic/busy schedule that I am facing now. For instance, the salary that I will get from this job will definitely go to my savings account. In line with that, that money will be my gauge for my studies by the next 2-3 years from now or even in a nearer plans for my future.
I wanna thank you for the opportunity you had given to me and for letting your doors open.
I am looking forward for a positive outcome of this letter. It would be great to talk to you soon, personally if you have enough time.
