Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in reference to inform you that I will not be able to continue French language classes due to the below-mentioned reason.
To elucidate I am working full-time at Zeta private limited and I had joined French classes in the evening to enhance my skills to help me in interacting with my customers in France as it will help in bridging the language barrier. My manager has recently resigned and the company management has decided to pass on his work-related responsibilities to me as they cannot find a suitable replacement in such a short span of time. The hiring process to fill this vacancy permanently will take around 3 months.
At this point in time, I am occupied with a lot of projects hence I won’t be able to attend evening classes. So looking at the present situation I request you to refund my course fee.
I look forward to your immediate help on this matter.
Yours Sincerely
Mark
