I am writing to inform you that I do not be able to continue the evening Spanish course during this semester. Despite I thought that I could take it, it has occurred some inconveniences that interrupt my studies.
I am working as a violinist in the Middleton Orchestra and in the next three months our rehearsals will be on Monday and Wednesday from 7 pm to 10 pm. The reason is that in July we start a tour through Canada and our director arrange extra practice to improve our performance. That sudden change in the schedule has affected my classes and it is impossible to avoid my duties.
Under the circumstances, I would like to request you a transfer to the next semester and allow me to take the course. Besides, I would like to ask if it is possible to make the course without any extra fee, because I already paid it.
