Dear Smith,

I am writing to inform you that I have to leave the evening course. As I do not count with enough time as I used to. I will need it to face a sensitive situation that recently came out.

Last week, there was a blackout which lasted during long hours. My aunt stumbled and broke her right arm and her sight is not the same anymore. Also, her condition is not the best at this moment and I am in charge of her care from now until she get recovered.
Besides, it will be impossible to attend to the lectures as I used to do it until further notice.

On the other hand, I would like to ask you some help and advice. As soon as my aunt receives and complete all the treatment, I would like to apply for a new course but only on Weekends. I have decided this option as it is the one which will suits me by then. I would be extremely grateful if your could stand me hand by now.
I am looking forward hearing from you,

Yours sincerely
