Dear Mr. Sharma,
I am current student of part-time training program of ‘Automation Testing’ in your institute. I am writing to inform you that owing to my official trip to Sydney from my current organization, I will not be able to continue this training course from next week onwards.
As you know currently I am working as a manual tester in an IT company and I decided to pursue training course to upgrade my skills. It has been going really well and I really want to appreciate the practical approach used to teach students in your institute. However, because of some urgent client requirements, I have to visit customer site and it is expected that my stay will last for 2 months. This is the reason that I will not be able to attend classes at least for 2 months.
Looking at the circumstances, I would like to request you to allow me to resume this course after two months. I would like to join the new batch in the next quarter, if you permit for the same.
