Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Ololade Amusan and am your new neighbour. I moved into Block 1,flat 5 with my wife on the 10th of December to flat number 12. I am writing to let you know that I will be organising a party for my family and friends. But i am a bit concerned with the loud noise disturbing you.
Even though the event is schedule to commence at 2pm, some guests will start arriving before we begin. I decided to hire a live band for the occasion and i have giving them a stern warning not to be overly loud while trying to entertain the partygoers. Also , the catering service will be on standby to provide food and drinks for everyone. This is just to reduce the movement on the upper part on the building which i know could be a nuisance to you.
I am using this medium to invite you and your family to my party. It is just a three hour event that will be rounded off before half past four o' clock. You could come along with your children if you do not mind as it is not strictly for adults.
I hope my party would not be a burden to you.
