You have just read an artice in an international travel magazine which contained

some information about your town that is incorrect.

Write a letter to the editor of the magazine. In your letter

-Correct the information in the article

-explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information

-suggest what the magazine should do about this situation

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention to an wrong information provided about the Ambaji temple, located at Ahmedabad and how it can be corrected.

Although most of the details given in your magazine are correct, in the article of dated 25th August; it is mentioned that the Ambaji temple is a tourist destination with good accommodation facilities and best suitable for elderly; however weather is extremely cold which does not suits to old age visitors and people having respiratory disorders. Besides, while hotels are not available near this temple, tourist can live in cottages which are safe, neat and clean.

It is absolutely crucial to give correct information because many readers plan their holidays based on the details provided in your magazine which is one of the most trustworthy publication. If you provide any incorrect or incomplete information, it would impact your brand equity.

It would like to suggest you to correct the information provided in the earlier article and rewrite whole script once again. This would not only beneficial for the regular readers but also good for you to maintain transparency.

Hope you would understand importance of the correcting details and provide correct one in next article.

Yours faithfully,

Smith Gandhi
