I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the trip I recently took with your travel agency.
Last month, on the 25th of September, I went on a vacation with my wife to the Andaman and Nicobar islands which I booked well in advance with your company and was ensured about all the arrangements I asked for.
As promised, a cab came to pick us up from the airport, although it was not air-conditioned as mentioned in our itinerary. In addition, while making the reservation for the hotel I specifically asked for an ocean view room, rather we had to stay in a garden view because my repetitive efforts to contact your support staff failed as no one replied to my phone calls and emails to handle the related issue.
However, the hotel staff was quite courteous and gave us a complimentary meal to compensate for the inconvenience occurred due to the negligence of your staff.
I would like to suggest that you should make proper arrangements if you want your business to grow. Also, as I have paid for a much expensive room than we stayed in, I am entitled to a refund of rupees nine thousand.
