Dear Sir/Madam,

I visited your hotel on 24th March and stayed until 28th March for business meeting. It was surely a great visit, however, on reaching home I realized that I had left my laptop bag at the hotel.

If I recall correctly, I stayed in room 342 on the second corridor of fourth floor with a sea view. The room was large enough to be considered as suit room. It had a double bed, a table and an armchair. On the departure day, I hurried up to not to miss my flight and I forgot my laptop bag in the room.

My bag is the navy blue laptop bag with the brand name "XY Lap" embossed on the front. It has two zipped compartments. I had kept mt laptop in one of compartments. My adapter and some official documents were also inside.

I would appreciate if you could check the room and tell if there is a laptop bag. My number is 0 533 123 34 34. I would be grateful if you could send it to the my office tomorrow. I would like to state that the cargo service will be paid by me.

Thank you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully.

Başak
