You have organized to go on holiday with your friend. However, you must change your plans.

Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:

1. Tell them how much you are looking forward to the holiday.

2. Explain why you must change your plans.

3. Suggest alternative arrangements.

Dear Mark,

I hope that you are doing well. I am writing this to inform you that we have to post pound our trip for a week.

I have Promised you to join on a trip to Dubai that organised on 22nd of February, I was very much excited because we have not planned any trip after completing our college and this is out first excursion. I was very much happy and delighted to spend time with you away from my tiresome working schedule.

We have to make some changes in our planning because my sister will be coming to our home for a month in February. As you already know that she lives in USA after marriage and she never visited to our house since last 9 years. You can understand the reason that why we would change our plan.

You must be feeling sad about change in plan but you will be delighted to hear that I have spoken to our tour organizer. He mentioned that cancellation is not possible but we can change the dates. I am flexible to any day after 1st of march for a much awaited trip, though you have to check your schedule and confirm the next dates to our organizer.

Sorry again and let me know your ideas.

Best Wishes,

Shivam
