Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to take into your kind consideration that my laptop is having a couple of problems which need to be resolved immediately.
As you are aware that I have been given a new laptop for my office work last month. However, the system has an issue with a hard drive as it has a merely 16 GB storage capacity whereas, I need a minimum of 64 GB space to download the dossiers of the new employees who got the client’s approval, and send their documents to the mobilization team to start the visa process. Due to the shortage of hard drive of my system, I couldn’t able to copy and send the documents of the pending cases, as a result, they start date would be a delay to complete the project on time. In addition to that, it seems that the laptop has a connectivity issue to the main server as it didn’t allow me to enter the timesheet. I doubt that It if continues, I won't get pay at the end of the month as its compulsory for all the employees to submit their attendance visa system.
Considering the above-mentioned problems, I would suggest if you could provide your approval to the IT department to upgrade my hard drive, so I could proceed with the pending without any further delay. Also, it would be much appreciated if you could shout an email to the head office personnel to access my laptop and check out its connectivity with the sever to enter my web time.
