Dear Mr. Patel,
I am writing this letter to inform you that, for a while, I am hearing a noisy TV sound from your house in the middle of the night every day. I would like you to consider it seriously as I am working in the early morning.
It was started almost last Friday night. Around 11:30 pm I was watching tv with my girlfriend and suddenly I heard a loud noise around my apartment. So I rushed outside to look out where it comes from. Then after a couple of minutes, it was silent like a pin drop. But the next day it happened again, and now it's a daily noisy sound from your apartment. As I am working on the work floor in my company and most of my day I spent standing about 6-7 hours a day. So to be a more efficient employee at work, I must need to acquire at least 7 hours of sleep. Because of the loud music from your house I would not able to get and it has affected a lot on my performance at work. And also my girlfriend is studying at school and has morning classes, so it also affected her study too.
I would suggest you keep it low as possible so our neighborhood would be quieter at night time and everyone would get good sleep. Else you can use headphones instead of tv speaker to listen at a loud volume. As I heard the same complaint about this particular problem from many of our neighbors too. I would highly appreciate your cooperation and consideration of my imbalanced life at home and work cause of this issue.
