You do NOT need to write your own address.
Begin your letter as: Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter as an acknowledgement feedback after receiving new bank card on last week.
After receiving my new bank card, I got very disappointed as there is no ATM card inside the envelop KIT.
I have requested for this last month and It took 2 week to process on same. However, I am deeply worried if some one has stolen or missed anywhere after it has been disbursed from bank.I have to pay the fees for my Son`s college by this month end.
Apparently, I wont be able to collect money from ATM till I receive my new card.
Hence, I kindly request you to probe on same and resend me the new ATM card along with new pin as soon as possible.
In addition to it, also requesting you to expedite process on deactivating that missed ATM to avoid misuse.
I hope to have you informed sufficiently in this regards and look forward for your prompt response once new card dispatched.
Your sincerely
Gowri Shankar K
