Dear sir or madam,

I feel the need to bring it to your knowledge that the quality of the language programme at your university has plummeted. Allow me to elaborate on the reasons.

I have been taking Spanish classes via the part-time classes. I have also taken French classes at your university in the recent past. Further, I returned to your university due to the faith trust that your institution has built for itself in the market. The course that I am taking encapsulates a lot of areas which are being taught to us like poem reading, short and long passage reading which will gradually increase in difficulty and is something that I really like.

The course had been going fine till our Spanish teacher who was previously teaching us left due to some differences with the university. With all due respect to the new teacher, I want to say that the teaching methodology has been modified and everyone is beleaguered with the new teacher. In addition, the interest in taking the lecture has been diminishing as it is hard to understand the lectures.

Further, it is high now time as the students have been talking incessantly about the poor methods of the new teacher. As such, the university needs to address the issue on a priority basis. The students suggest that the university reconciles the differences between the teacher and reinstates her which would enable the students to have the same level of learning as it was in the past.

I hope you can empathize with the situation and will act promptly on the issue.

Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
