Write a Letter to a Tour company manager to appreciate your tour guide.1) Give your tour details2)What do you like about the tour guide3) Suggest ways for the manager to appreciate the guide.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the extra efforts exhibited by one of your staff. Their attention to my needs improved my experience with your company. Allow me to elaborate.

I have been availing the service of your tour company for a long time. Recently, I went on tour – 23 which was to New York and Washington D.C.

The name of our tour guide was Viley Macomara. My family and I are not native English speakers and were experiencing difficulty in understanding certain things. However, Mr. Macomara made sure that we did not miss out on a fact and would make us understand in our language using Google Translate.

Further, when we returned back to Toronto, we tried to tip Mr. Macomara to which he refused. He said that due to company policies, he cannot accept any tip. It does not seem appropriate for us to leave without tipping him. As such, I am sending a gift-card which I want you to handover to Mr. Macomara as a token of appreciation and also remove the policy of no tipping.

I hope that you will consider my suggestion and accept my gift for him.

Yours sincerely
Brad Jason
