Dear Sam,

Hope you find this letter in radiant health and the best of spirits. I am writing this letter to let you know that I have changed my residence and now I would be living in city center.

To begin with, I had been looking for change in job since long. Last month I got an offer letter from the organisation with whom I wanted to work. so, without loosing any moment I joined the new company as a Manager in city center. However, as I was living in suburb I used to spend a lot of time travelling so I decided to shift in city center which is close to my workplace. I would like to tell you more about my new apartment.

As you know our city center is congested so it is always difficult to find parking space. But, I have shifted to a neighbourhood on Queen's Road where public parking and central garden are located within reach which are best amenities available for any nearby occupants. Although the apartment is small with one bedroom, hall and kitchen which it is sufficient for me. And you know what it is located on 17 floor so, I can enjoy panaromic view of city. Isn't it great, so I formally invite you over this weekend to see my apartment.

Kindly let me know when you are coming I will come to pick you up from central railway station.

Your friend,
Mark
