Dear Vincent,
I hope you and your family are doing great. It’s been sometime since I’ve heard from you. How are things going with you? Especially, the new job which you have switched to?

I’m pleased to inform you that after a long wait and constant search, I’ve finally found my dream home. As you know, my previous residence was in town center with noisy and busy neighborhood. Additionally, it was very small and was insufficient to accommodate guests. Therefore, I finally managed to shift to another independent villa.

One of the best things about the new home is that it is located at outskirts of the town center with quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Although it’s a bit far from city, it has efficient and cheap public transport facilities to easily commute to work. Additionally, it is a spacious duplex villa with beautiful backyard and private pool.

Why don’t you visit us for upcoming Christmas holidays? We’ll definitely have quality time in my luxurious home. I’ll invite all other university mates and have a blast during the eve. And don’t forget to bring along your family.

Looking forward to have enjoyable and blasting vacation. Do reply as soon as you can and convey my greetings to aunty and uncle.

Best Regards,
Azhar
