Hello! how are you? Long time since I have heard from you. Hope you are doing well. How are things at your end. Hope you are comfortable with your new job. I am so glad to tell you that after a long wait and constant search, I finally found my dream home. As you know that my previous residence was located in a noisy and busy locality. Furthermore my house was small and no sufficient space to accommodate my guests. Now I finally managed to move to an independent villa.
My new house is located in Bills Road right next to the Children's Park. It is a two storey building with a spacious car parking area, a beautiful garden and a private pool. The house has all facilities including two master bedroom, a spacious kitchen and a living room.My neighbourhood is a family community area with all the basic amenities. All the families living here are so friendly and co-operative with each other. It's a quiet and a peaceful place little away from the hustle bustle town. We have buses and trams very often from Bills Road and hence is easy to travel for work and to go to the town.
I just shifted to my new home last Sunday, so there are a few household chores left to finish. I am free on Thursday and was wondering if you would like to visit my new home and spend some time together.
