You have recently moved to a different location Write a letter to an english speaking friend In your letter explain why you have moved describe the new house invite your friend to come and visit

Dear Maria
I am writing this letter to tell you that I recently have moved to a new house by the beach. You know my long desire to live near the ocean. Well, I thought it was the perfect time to make it true. However, selling my old house wasn't easy and for the children leaving their long life friends was an issue but, I think they are just as happy as I am with the new home. I am sorry I haven't told you before but, everything has happened so fast moreover, I have been very busy with the move.

The house is huge, it has 5 bedrooms, three living rooms, a big pool, and the basement is perfect for my small brewery equipment. I am very excited about this new chapter because with all the space I have I might buy a pool table to play with my friends.

I will be throwing a party for Charles's birthday, so, I hope you can come and spend a couple of days with us and share a couple of beers.

Hoping to hear from you soon.
your Carlos.
