Dear Mr Jones,

I am a tenant in your apartment situated at Whitefield. This letter is to tell about the issues facing by me due to the bad activities of the neighbours.

Last month, some youngsters occupied one of your apartments which is next to ours. They look decent and professional besides they were well-mannered. They stated to conduct parties with loud music and frequent visitors visit at night, but was in tolerable level. However, gradually the situation became worsen in such a way that parties were routine with alcohol and drugs addition to that extreme loud music which disturbed our nights.

Since my father is a heart patient who need adequate sleep and rest, due to theses antisocial activities, disturbed our peaceful life . They did not hear to our problems hence, we complained to the building association members, through them to police. The authorities came for further enquiry and warned the neighbours. After the complaint they were silent for few days but, they stared parties again which is causing nuisance to us.

Even after police complaint they did not respect our request. This compelled me to write this letter to inform the situation. It would be better if you could make them to vacate the house with immediate action.

I hope you understood my concern. Awaiting for a quick action in this matter.

Yours faithfully
