I have recently hired a cruise WE12 from your renowned agency for spending holidays with my friends; However, I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the unpleasant experience we had on 12th July 2021.
My main concern is related to the sanitization of the ship, which probably was missing. We found stains of grease in several locations of the deck. Not only this, there were leftovers in the kitchen area.
Owing to the chances of catching the infection in this pandemic situation, we had to choose to end our trip soon after it began. It would not have more than 30 minutes before our group made this decision.
As we have been unable to avail the proper service, could you kindly refund our entire amount? If the same is not possible within a week, you may lose us as your regular customers.
