Essay topics:

You have taken a cruise on a holiday and have been disappointed with the experience.
Write a letter to the cruise provider. In your letter say:
- what went wrong
- how you felt about it
- what do you want to be done about it

Dear Mr. Kim,
I am writing this epistle with utmost dissatisfaction from the excursion taken on your cruise as it did not match the said words by you.
When you approached me with the package of your cruise and mentioned the services on it, I anticipated that you would serve us with the same. However, to my surprise, there were many discrepancies while we were on trip. To begin with the accommodation, as it was promised that a family suite will be given to us but, we were forced to adjust in two adjacent rooms. Moreover, package comprised of three main course a day while, to its contrary, we were given only breakfast and for other two meals, the manager expected us to pay extra.
I am afraid to say that this is sheer unprofessionalism on your part. Client satisfaction is ultimate motive of every company and this goal can be met when the words are kept. My family too got disheartened since they had high hopes from this trip.
Now, I am entitled to expect compensation of this trip as it has been our awful experience. For this, I would like to suggest you to either offer me a discounted trip for next time or reimburse the money as per the facilities which were not offered but were committed.
Hoping for a positive and prompt response.
Yours sincerely,
Anna Haden.
